the right to make changes to flights,
accommodations, visits, and itineraries at any time
should it become necessary or desirable to do so.
(b)
If
we have to cancel a tour before the date of

receive a refund of all monies paid less
unrecoverable monies paid by Jeff Sainsbury Tours
Ltd. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable
circumstances beyond our control, the consequences
of which neither we nor our suppliers could avoid,
examples of which are war or threat of war, riots,
civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial
disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or
adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers
or other similar events beyond our control.
5. FITNESS TO TRAVEL
All tours involve a fair amount of walking,
occasionally on uneven surfaces and up and down
steps. Guests should therefore be able to walk
briskly for 30 minutes without aid or requiring a
rest, and be able to occasionally carry their own
bags if needed.
6. MEMBERSHIP ON TOUR
(a) Jeff Sainsbury Tours reserves the right to
accept, reject, or not retain any person as a tour
participant whose condition or general deportment
impedes the operation of the tour or, in the opinion
of the tour manager, affects the rights and
enjoyment of other tour members. A tour member not
retained on tour shall have no cause for complaint
or refund, and shall bear all the extra expenses of
his/her return home.
(b) Tour members may skip some garden visits to do their
own sightseeing, except during days when the group
transfers to a new hotel. However, there is no
refund for missed or unused visits.
7. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Tour members are asked to inform us at the time of
booking if they have any special medical, dietary or
other requests. We will do our best to accommodate
all requests, but we cannot guarantee that such
requests will be met. Furthermore, we have no
liability to guests if such requests are not met.
8. BAGGAGE
The handling of one piece of baggage per person
is included in all tours. As space is often limited,
we strongly suggest that you limit luggage to one
suitcase and one 'carry on.'
9. NO SMOKING
We operate a no smoking policy on all tour buses
and at all sites visited.
10. LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
(a) No responsibility is accepted for any loss,
expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person
or property due to the actions or omissions of any
person, or any cause, including but not limited to
acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes,
defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment,
weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or
other causes beyond our control, such losses being
the responsibility of the tour member.
(b) Should additional overnights be required due to
the above causes, the hotel, meal, transportation,
and associated costs will be the tour members
responsibility.
11. TRAVEL AND HEALTH
DOCUMENTS
A valid passport is required for travel to the
countries visited on our tours. It is the sole
responsibility of the tour member to ensure that his/her
travel documents are in order. Tour members who do not
have the proper travel documents may be prevented

a refund, and will be liable to any fees, fines, or
other costs, including those incurred by Jeff
